FlexiSil Silicone Rubber Compounds

BGF Rubber produces silicone rubber compounds under the FlexiSil brand name. Having many years of experience in working with polysiloxanes, we are ready to offer our customers the compounds and finished products based on them in strict accordance with technical requirements.

The type code of the rubber compound is FlexiSil-1415, where

  • the first digit of the type code is the rubber compound group,
  • the second digit of the type code is hardness,
  • the third digit of the type code is the type of volcanic agent (1 – low temperature (for extrusion products), 2 – high temperature (for molded products),
  • the fourth digit of the type code is the type of filler.

Operating temperatures of silicone rubber compounds are:

  • Standard from -60оС to +200оС
  • Heat resistant from -60оС to +250оС
  • With increased heat resistance from -60оС to +315оС

Group 3. Food grade silicone rubber compounds

An International Hygiene Certificate is provided. Physical and mechanical indices for rubbers of Group 3 correspond to physical and mechanical indices of Group 1 rubbers.

Group 7. Silicone rubber compounds for medical use

They are made on the basis of a platinum catalyst (catalytic). Two-component system. The vulcanization temperature is 1200C. The shelf life in a mixed state is not more than 4 hours. Produced in hardness of 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 Shore units. An International Hygiene Certificate is provided.
