The plates are used for wall cladding of receiving and unloading bunkers of wagon tipplers. At the same time, they perform the functions of protecting the walls of the wagon tippler from mechanical damage and ensure the fixation of the wagon during tipping over the entire duration of unloading.
The wagon tippler plates are made of especially durable grades of rubber with high adhesion. The design of the plate provides for the presence of technological holes for fastening.
Depending on the workloads, the wagon tippler plates are divided into three types:
- Type 1. Operating load of not more than 50,000 tons.
- Type 2. Operating load of not more than 200,000 tons.
- Type 3. Operating load of not more than 500,000 tons.
