Lining is a special finish on the working surface of the classifier spiral protecting it from mechanical and physical damage. The edge of the working surface of the spiral is lined up (as shown in the photo). The protective lining is assembled from individual rubber-metal sectors. An additional convenience of such protection is that when certain sectors are out of order, they can be replaced with new ones.
Rubber sectors of spiral classifiers are made from special grades of rubber with maximum resistance to abrasion.
BGF Rubber conducts a full range of design and production activities for rubber lining, based on the brand and type of customer equipment used.
