Full production cycle

BGF Rubber is among the few leading rubber manufacturers that provide the full production cycle – right from the production of rubber compounds to readymade rubber technical parts and products, BGF Rubber does it all.

The main elements of the production process of rubber products include three main steps – compounding, mixing and shaping.

The first step of the process includes compounding, which refers to the addition of other chemicals and additives to rubber to customise it for specific requirements. The next step is mixing when the additives and chemicals are thoroughly mixed into the rubber using upgraded technology. The last step of the process is shaping the rubber compound. This can be done through several processes such as casting,  moulding, extrusion and others.

In-house laboratory

The quality of the rubber compounds and ready-made products produced by BGF Rubber is examined in our fully equipped and upgraded laboratory where we use systems including the Mooney viscosimeter, Rheometer TECH PRO, tensiometer, the Zwick Abrasion Tester for testing the products for wear resistance. The equipment is designed to ensure the stability and quality of rubber compounds.
